Data controller

Data collected and uses

• Account: email address, password (encrypted), sign-up date, chosen language. To provide the service.
• Credits, purchases and creations: for billing, tracking your balance and history.
• Texts and files sent to the tools: to produce the requested creations, and for moderation. Unused files are deleted after 7 days.
• Avatars: character description and generated images, stored in your private space (Cloudflare R2, a folder in your name only) until you delete them; unchosen proposals are deleted after 7 days. Avatar from your photo: the photo, your consent (date) and its automatic check (a single adult person, no nudity, no identification); the photo is deleted with the character.
• Requests rejected by moderation: category of the refusal and an excerpt of the request (300 characters at most), kept for 13 months to fight abuse.
• Audience measurement and usage log: key pages visited, sign-up, purchase, tool usage (duration, cost, success or failure) and a few clicks, without cookies or advertising trackers. A visitor without an account is only recognised by a fingerprint changed every day (computed from the IP address, which is never stored). Retention: 13 months. Basis: our legitimate interest in improving the service.
• Error log: cleaned error message (no email address or form content), page concerned and reference shown, kept for 90 days to fix problems.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics traffic statistics: no cookies and no personal data (number of visits, pages, country, device type).
• Technical data (IP address, anti-bot check): for security and abuse prevention.

No targeted advertising, no resale of data. No advertising cookies and no cookie-based audience measurement: only cookies needed for login and language choice are used, hence no cookie banner.

Processors

• Supabase (accounts, database and attached files, hosted in the EU)
• Cloudflare (website hosting, R2 storage of generated images, cookie-free statistics, anti-bot protection)
• Stripe (payments)
• Anthropic (website generation, avatar descriptions, photo checks and moderation) and fal.ai (images, videos)

Some processors (Cloudflare, Stripe, Anthropic, fal.ai) are located in the United States: these transfers are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention period

Account and creations: until deleted. Invoices: 10 years. Usage log and moderation refusals: 13 months. Error log: 90 days. Unused attached files: 7 days.
