Terms of use
1. Purpose
The service is published by Ewan Langlais, sole trader (EI, French entrepreneur individuel), under the trade name Jungle Wan (see the legal notice). By creating an account, you accept these terms.
2. Account
- One account per person, with a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- Trial credits are offered only once per person, subject to the places available each day.
- Creating several accounts to accumulate trial credits may lead to their deletion.
3. Prohibited content
- Depicting the face or voice of a real person without their consent.
- Any sexual content involving minors, or any non-consensual sexual content.
- Impersonating a person or a brand, misleading the public, spreading false information.
- Illegal, hateful or harassing content, or content infringing the rights of others.
Requests are automatically moderated before each creation; a refused request is not charged. Refusals are kept for review by the team. In case of abuse, the account may be suspended without refund of the credits used.
4. Generated content
Within the limits of the rights held by Jungle Wan, you may freely use the content you create, including for commercial purposes, in compliance with the law and these terms. AI-generated content is not always protected by copyright, and similar results may be obtained by other users: exclusivity is not guaranteed. You are responsible for how you use it (third-party rights, trademarks, people depicted). Each result is labelled “AI-generated content”; you must also say so where the law requires it.
5. Uploaded files
Files you attach to a request are stored privately, accessible only to you, and deleted automatically if they are not used in a creation within 7 days. You guarantee that you hold the rights and, for any recognisable person, their consent.
6. Availability
The service relies on third-party AI providers. If a creation fails, the credits are refunded automatically. Tools may change (models, settings) to keep their quality.
7. Changes to these terms
Any significant change to these terms is announced by email or on the site at least 30 days before it takes effect.
8. Governing law and disputes
